As details of the coronavirus disease unfold, you may be wondering what our professional cleaners are doing to keep you and your family safe. Like you, we’re diligently monitoring the Center for Disease Control CDC newsroom for updates and any changes that might affect the way we serve you and your family.

Currently, none of our cleaning contractors have reported having any symptoms of the virus, and we trust that your family is free from it as well. Now more than ever, having a clean, sanitary home provided by a professional cleaner is vital to the health and well being of you and your family.

Professional Cleaners rely on their jobs to provide for their families, and thus, they take the importance of staying healthy and protecting the health of their clients seriously. Be assured that we are ready to continue providing you the same excellent service that you are used to from us. In addition to the steps professional cleaners already take to maintain the integrity of the home without cross-contamination, we have heightened the awareness of our professional cleaners of the importance of using hand sanitizer before and after entering and exiting each customer’s home, as well as wearing disposable gloves while cleaning each house.

As you may know, the CDC suggests that person to person spread is possible when one contagious person is in close contact with another, usually within about 6 feet. The disease spreads through respiratory droplets that are produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes. If you have quarantined yourself and/or your family to the home and are there when we arrive to clean, for your protection in your home, we have encouraged our cleaners to keep a 6-foot distance from you and your pets. In this regard, if you can secure or crate your pet while we are there, that would add extra protection. Like you, we too are concerned, and we will keep you informed if the health status of your assigned cleaner changes.
